We've learned a lot about shipping and returns since we began this journey. We've added brief notes to help demystify our thought process.
Shipping
Domestic (U.S.)
We offer the following shipping options:

Expedited (2 business days): Price calculated at checkout

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $250 domestic or $500 for international.

International
International shipping is available from launch - and we want to be upfront that it's imperfect at first. We ship from our US fulfillment center, which means international customers will see higher costs related to shipping, VAT, and customs duties. We thought it was important to offer the option from the start anyway, and we're currently working on a better setup.

A note on duties: customs duties and VAT are paid as part of your order so you should never experience surprise charges upon delivery.
Returns
We accept returns within 21 days of delivery. To initiate a return, visit our returns page, or email us at connect@withveta.com.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

A note on the fee structure: The fee on refunds covers the true cost of return processing for a small brand - cost of shipping, paying the warehouse to inspect and restock, etc. Return Insurance lets you opt out of that fee upfront if you want the flexibility.
International Returns
International returns work a little differently because our current setup is still developing. We're currently working on improving your experience in the near future.
